Bob founded Strattam Capital in 2013 along with Adrian Polak, and he serves as Managing Partner.
Bob has served on numerous private and public boards over time. He is currently a director of Acendre, Contegix, NETSTOCK, Rock Solid Technologies, SSB Data, and Trax Group. His former directorships include: Doxim, Intermedia, Telecity Group, and ViaWest. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the HMTF Center for Private Equity at McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and a Board Member at Austin PBS, producer of Austin City Limits.
Previously, Bob was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Oak Hill Capital Partners. He also worked at GCC Investments, a growth private equity firm based in Boston, and at Morgan Stanley.
Bob attended Princeton University, graduating summa cum laude with a B.S.E., and Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he earned his M.B.A. and was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Adrian Polak is a Partner and Co-Founder at Strattam Capital.
Previously, Mr. Polak was a Senior Advisor in the Technology Group for Oak Hill Capital Partners. Prior to his engagement at Oak Hill, Mr. Polak was Vice President at Rockwood Capital, where his primary responsibility was to implement the firm’s data center investment program. Other previous experience includes serving as the Manager of Corporate and Business Development at Kontiki, an internet infrastructure company, and as an Associate in the M&A group at Hambrecht and Quist (now JP Morgan Chase).
Adrian’s current board seats include: Acendre, Blacksmith Applications and Contegix.
Adrian received his M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and his Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Canada.
William Pade is Chairman of Strattam Capital.
He was a Partner at Oak Hill Capital Partners, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for the firm’s Services group. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a Director and Managing Partner of the Silicon Valley office of McKinsey & Company, and a leader of the Firm’s technology practice.
Bill has served on numerous private and public boards over time. He is currently a director of two Strattam companies, Blacksmith and MHC Software, and he is a member of Strattam’s Investment committee.
Bill earned his A.B. degree, cum laude, from Harvard University and an M.B.A. degree, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
Ray Villareal joined Strattam Capital as a Partner in 2016 after serving as an Executive Advisor in 2015.
Previously, Mr. Villareal held senior executive positions with LifeSize, SumTotal Systems, WebEx, Compaq and Tandem Computers, across a variety of functions including global sales, marketing, professional services, customer success, and business development. Additionally, Mr. Villareal has served as CEO, Board Member, and Advisor for several venture-backed companies.
Ray earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and his M.B.A., both from Stanford University.
Hilary Fleischer joined Strattam Capital in 2014 and currently is a Partner focused on deal-sourcing, new investment activity, and portfolio company oversight.
Previously, Ms. Fleischer worked as an Associate at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., where she was responsible for private equity due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company oversight. Before working with KKR, she was an Analyst at Lazard, focused on mergers & acquisitions.
Current board seats include: Blacksmith Applications, Contegix, and SSB. Additionally, Hilary sits on the Leadership Council of the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania.
Hilary earned her B.S. and B.A.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and her M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Neil Willis joined Strattam Capital in 2019 and currently is a Principal and is focused on deal-sourcing, new investment activity, and portfolio company oversight.
Previously, Mr. Willis worked as a Vice President at GTCR, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he focused on cybersecurity, information services and government services and defense investments. Prior to joining GTCR, he was an Associate at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in New York and before that, worked at Morgan Stanley.
Neil currently serves on the board of Acendre and previously served on the board of EaglePicher Technologies during his time at GTCR.
Neil earned his B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College where he graduated phi beta kappa with high-honors and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.

Kimberley Kasper joined Strattam as Chief Marketing Officer in 2018 after serving as an Executive Advisor for two years. In this role, Ms. Kasper provides strategic guidance and marketing leadership across the Strattam portfolio.
Previously, Kimberley served as the Interim Marketing VP for a Strattam portfolio company and has held senior roles at numerous influential SaaS software companies – including CMO roles at Jobvite and SumTotal Systems, VP of Marketing at Taleo for their Business Edition product line, and senior positions in both worldwide direct marketing at WebEx and North American demand generation for Salesforce.
Kimberley earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Chapman University.

Craig Vosburgh joined Strattam as Chief Technical Officer in 2019. In this role, Mr. Vosburgh provides technical excellence across the Strattam portfolio.
Previously, Craig served as Distinguished Engineer in the Office of the CTO at CA Technologies where he helped create the CA Technologies’ Product Accelerator and prior to that as Senior VP Software Development while leading the turnaround of their global APM product development organization. Passionate about developing compelling, customer-facing applications, Craig previously developed software for NASA, and held senior roles at Sun Microsystems, MCI Telecommunications, Martin Marietta Information Systems, and Rockwell Space Operations.
Craig earned his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Tom Clarkson joined Strattam in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Tom leads the firm’s capital formation efforts and oversees all internal operations for the firm.
Previously, Tom held investor relations and business development roles with Pantheon, Dimensional Fund Advisors, and Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners. Before beginning his career in financial services, Tom served as a carrier-based fighter pilot in the United States Marine Corps.
Tom graduated from Princeton University and holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Neha Vaidya joined Strattam in 2020 and is currently a Senior Associate focused on due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company oversight.
Previously, Ms. Vaidya was a Senior Associate at HGGC, a Palo Alto-based private equity firm. Prior to HGGC, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore, focused on healthcare mergers & acquisitions.
Neha earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, where she was a member of the Canfield Business Honors Program.

Sean Williams joined Strattam in 2018 as Controller and Chief Compliance Officer where he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s comprehensive accounting and finance practices.
Previously, Mr. Williams was the Controller for a large real estate investment company, where he managed the accounting for funds in excess of $7B in capitalization. Prior to that position, he spent 13 years working as the Controller for a global marketing firm, Harte- Hanks.
Sean is a certified public accountant and earned his B.B.A. focused on Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
