This prestigious accolade celebrates high-impact leaders from within Strattam’s portfolio companies, recognizing those who demonstrate remarkable perseverance and flexibility to achieve significant business results. Selections are made through a confidential vote, and the honorees’ names are etched onto the distinguished Golden Armadillo trophy showcased in our Austin office.
This year, we’re honoring four exceptional individuals whose contributions have been crucial to their organization’s overall success. Please join us in celebrating these worthy winners!
Solomon Gifford
Senior Vice President, Customer Operations, Contegix
Solomon has done a great job this past year since taking over the team, given Joe’s retirement. He’s not only continued to optimize the support processes, drive the data center consolidation work, and manage the Quadranet migration, but he and his team went above and beyond to stand up the Contegix AI-driven recommendation engine, MARS Atlas. The team did the MVP development work in a single quarter and has received excellent feedback since being released. In addition, they did all that extra work while continuing to achieve industry-leading NPS scores (80+) across their core work areas.
Tom Clarke
Vice President, Professional Services, Affinaquest
Tom Clarke joined Affinaquest to lead its Professional Services organization at the end of 2022. Leveraging his extensive professional services experience while at KPMG, Blackboard and Transact Campus, Tom has successfully implemented best practices into Affinaquest’s delivery model, including PMI certification of project managers and utilization of industry standards through PMBOK (The Project Management Body of Knowledge). Tom has also implemented project management software Kantata to provide project-level visibility to the organization. In addition to this, he has successfully managed the transition services agreement of the divestiture of the Pro Sports & Entertainment division. Overall, Tom’s contributions have helped lay the foundation for a scalable professional services organization at Affinaquest that is well-positioned to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Aaron Stenhaug
CFO, MHC Automation
Aaron has done an excellent job implementing and managing price increases across their customer base. His work to build a concise and understandable pricing dashboard not only helped MHC achieve a significant uplift in ARR renewed, but the work has been templatized and is the gold standard we use across the portfolio. Additionally, he is on top of all aspects of the business and excels at financial reporting.
Eric Chicoine
VP, Global Sales, Netstock
Since joining Netstock in 2022 as the VP of NA Sales, Eric has consistently met or exceeded his number and is now the VP of Global Sales. He is a culture warrior in the organization, taking extreme pride in watching his teams flourish. He’s extremely creative and constantly looks for an edge in sales execution, product innovation, and ways to enhance the company culture.
