In June 2021, Strattam Capital announced a strategic investment in CloudHesive, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Consulting Partner, as part of a growth financing round. The investment will provide CloudHesive with resources to expand its operations, accelerate innovative product development, and further invest in its people.

Business Overview:
With global headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and regional headquarters in both Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Santiago, Chile, CloudHesive delivers innovative cloud solutions that help customers migrate, secure, and manage their mission-critical workloads in the cloud.

  • Centricity
    As CloudHesive’s flagship offering, Centricity is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that makes it easy for users to gain the power of Amazon Web Services without having to know the technical underpinnings of complex cloud services. At its core, the Centricity platform helps operationalize the Amazon Connect call center solution through wall boards and data dashboards, as well as a customized agent call control interface. Additionally, Centricity can be further leveraged through three primary module sets:
    • Media Box, based on Amazon Elemental / Media Services, simplifies real-time viewership analytics and streaming event management.
    • Orchestrator provides users and administrators with a curated set of automated workflows that facilitate provisioning, managing, implementing life cycle management, and tearing down resources on AWS.
    • Secure Amazon Workspaces allows large Amazon Workspace and Appstream 2.0 deployments to be managed at scale.
  • Dextr Flex
    Through a recent acquisition, CloudHesive now delivers Dextr Flex via both the Amazon Marketplace and direct SaaS sales. The product is a cloud-based contact center that combines the base capability of Amazon Connect with a full-featured agent dashboard and a rich library of features—without requiring custom development.
  • Moodle-as-a-Service
    CloudHesive has developed an all-in-one solution that combines the Moodle open-source Learning Management System with AWS in a completely managed service.
  • AWS Services
    CloudHesive also provides a lengthy list of services to help customers with AWS deployments, including Contact Center, Cloud Migration, Managed Services, and Security—just to name a few.

New & Noteworthy:

In April 2022, CloudHesive completed the strategic add-on acquisition of Dextr, the industry’s most powerful customer service and performance dashboard for the AWS cloud contact center. This investment rounds out CloudHesive’s leadership in the cloud contact center space and demonstrates the company’s commitment to empowering customers through ongoing innovation.
