About Hilary Fleischer
Hilary Fleischer is a Partner at Strattam Capital, a private equity firm that invests in founder-led, independent B2B software and technology companies that are poised to become vertical market leaders. Her areas of focus include supply chain, procurement, Office of the CFO, and industrial software. She currently serves on the boards of Action Title Research, Intellect, MHC, Netstock, and PurchasePlus, and previously served on the boards of Affinaquest (acquired by Kindsight), Blacksmith Applications (acquired by TELUS), and Contegix (acquired by Valiantys). Before joining Strattam, Hilary was an Associate at KKR and an Analyst at Lazard, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions.
She earned her BS and BAS from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
