Netstock began its AI journey by launching its AI Opportunity Engine and AI Datapack. Since launch, Netstock’s AI solutions have delivered more than 1 million recommendations and identified individual savings opportunities of more than $40,000 for more than 80% of their customers.
Netstock has adopted AI in internal business processes across all functions to drive improved profitability.
In 2025, Netstock created its proprietary Data Lake, cleansing and normalizing more than 40TB of supply chain planning data that will allow Netstock to create and train proprietary models across a wide variety of inventory optimization use cases.

The Netstock team has made great use of AI to date, while continuing to deepen their AI usage in functions already benefiting from the leverage that thoughtful AI adoption can drive.
Sales
Netstock’s sales team has institutionalized the use of Gong and ZoomInfo Copilot, amongst others, to drive deal execution, automatically populate their CRM with customer data, and automate sales team messaging. Since launch, Netstock has seen an increase in win rates and improved pipeline generation / conversion with no additional manual effort.
Marketing
The Netstock team has adopted bespoke marketing solutions, like NotebookLM and OpusClip, to amplify the Company’s messaging without having to hire new staff or contract freelancers. For example, OpusClip has reduced video editing time by up to 90%, and Notebook LM allows for podcasts to be generated in under an hour, with the Company now publishing up to 3 new podcasts a week.
Customer Success
Launched Intercom Fin AI Agent to automatically answer and resolve customer issues without human intervention automatically. The solution has resolved thousands of issues with zero human interaction, and the Agent resolution rate has more than doubled from 42% to 86%.
Technology
The development team for Netstock has fully integrated AI solutions into their team and processes, using solutions such as Playwright, Gitlab Duo, DataGuidance, Claude Code, and Amazon Q. The team is seeing tangible results, such as a 15% increase in automated testing code coverage, business use case checks being done in minutes rather than hours, and improved unit test code coverage.
