Acquisition Extends U.S. Presence, Adding More Than 200 Community Financial Institution Clients

Founded in 2000, DigitalMailer serves more than 200 credit unions and community banks. The Company provides a suite of digital customer communications products and services that enable financial organizations to connect with customers via their preferred channels, targeting messages to each individual’s interests and needs. With this acquisition, the reach of Doxim clients now extends to more than 16 million consumers.

“DigitalMailer has a reputation for building products that consistently help its clients improve the quality and relevance of their customer communications,” said Chris Rasmussen, Founder & CEO of Doxim. “These solutions are extremely complementary to our existing Customer Engagement Platform, which is designed to help financial institutions automate customer interactions across all digital channels to compete more effectively in their core markets.”

Financial institutions are constantly looking for ways to improve their customer experience and grow their customer bases. The Doxim Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) provides these organizations with a single end-to-end digital solution, starting at customer onboarding and stretching across every interaction they have with the bank, credit union or wealth management firm. It provides an omni-channel solution for branch, ATM, call center, mobile and online interactions in a single platform, enabling financial institutions to deliver a consistent communications experience across the entire customer lifecycle.

Doxim looks forward to introducing all current DigitalMailer clients to the rich capabilities of the Doxim CEP and also plans to integrate DigitalMailer products into the CEP, further enhancing the platform’s customer communications capabilities for all Doxim clients.

“I’m really excited that DigitalMailer is now part of Doxim. I have known the Doxim CEO, Chris Rasmussen, for many years and appreciate the consistent commitment to customer care that he and his team demonstrate,” said Ron Daly, Founder & CEO of DigitalMailer. “We share the same mission, to help our clients better connect to their customers through digital channels, raising the bar on their customers’ experience. I am sure our clients will be well served going forward.”

Daly says the acquisition of DigitalMailer will allow him to devote full-time attention to Virtual StrongBox, Inc., where he also serves as President and CEO.

The acquisition of DigitalMailer expands Doxim’s U.S. presence, adding two new office locations (in Herndon, Virginia and Charlotte, North Carolina), to its existing office in New York City.
